The officers of Detectives Division under Samtskhe-Javakheti police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-investigative activities, detained O.P. (DoB 1997) for premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances.
Committed crime envisages from 16 to 20 years or lifetime imprisonment.
Investigation established that in Satkha village, Ninotsminda municipality, the conflict took place between several individuals, during which the accused person, O.P. wounded his co-villagers: S.A. (DoB 1988) S.B. (DoB 2001) and V.B. (DoB 1990) with a firearm. During the same conflict M.I. (DoB 1996) also received body injuries with a cold steel
S.A. died before being transferred to the hospital, while the rest of persons received relevant medical aid.
O.P. fled from the place of crime, however his whereabouts was soon established by the law enforcers several hours after the crime.
Operative-search and investigative actions are underway to establish other circumstances related to the case and identify / detain other linked with the mentioned fact.
Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances, article 109, III part of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
